Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor belts.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse facility remains clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and quality targets.
- Load and unload trucks safely, adhering to weight and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Valid driver's license (preferred but not always required for entry-level).
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
