Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform inventory counts and manage stock levels to ensure accuracy in the warehouse management system.
- Package and label products securely for transport to prevent damage during shipping.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to all operational protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity targets.
- Assist in the organization of storage areas and perform routine maintenance of equipment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order picking.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driver's license (not always required for warehouse roles but preferred).
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
