Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory through cycle counts and stock rotation procedures
- Inspect products for quality assurance and report any discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations in a warehouse setting
- Support warehouse cleanliness and organization through proper housekeeping practices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory management
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-provided certification
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for consistent shift attendance
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions (refrigerated/freezer sections)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes quickly
