Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders with speed and precision
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized stock rotation systems
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity goals
- Inspect and report damaged goods or equipment issues promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and order verification
- Valid driver's license preferred (forklift certification provided)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and overtime
