Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas to maximize efficiency
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and responsibly
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and verify documentation against purchase orders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency with inventory software and RF scanning technology
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexible schedule availability including nights/weekends during peak seasons
