Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely
- Perform inventory counts and stock rotation in temperature-controlled zones
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Document activities using warehouse management systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- OSHA Forklift Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Flexible schedule including weekends/overtime availability
