Responsibilities
- Manage inventory receiving, storage, and distribution with 99.5% accuracy
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Pick, pack, and ship orders meeting daily productivity targets
- Maintain clean, organized work areas adhering to OSHA standards
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications a plus
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with WMS systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
