Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently using RF scanners.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers, ensuring safe operation protocols.
- Load and unload trucks safely, utilizing proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in inventory management by counting stock and updating digital inventory systems.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and weekly production targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand or walk for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read barcodes and labels.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, nights, and weekends as needed.
