Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and process incoming shipments
- Pick, pack, and stage orders with precision and accuracy
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.) safely
- Maintain organized inventory records and conduct cycle counts
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Perform general warehouse cleanup and maintenance duties
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain one
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Background check and drug screen required
