Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders while maintaining accuracy and speed
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and responsibly
- Manage inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and receiving shipments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Valid forklift certification a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
