Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks and containers using appropriate equipment.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in stock organization.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery as required.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of obstructions.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling merchandise and data.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a history of consistent work attendance.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
