Your Role
As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for the accurate and efficient handling of merchandise. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, physically capable, and ready to contribute to a world-class operation.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials, products, and merchandise to and from storage or production areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Sort, pack, and ship products to customers and distribution centers in a timely and accurate manner.
- Verify and record incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring all paperwork is completed correctly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, scanners, and conveyors, with precision and care.
- Assist in inventory management, conducting cycle counts and reporting discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve any logistical challenges efficiently.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Forklift certification (Class A or B) is a strong plus but not required.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime and weekends.
