Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet daily targets.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning barcodes and conducting regular stock counts.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on warehouse equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Housekeeping: Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and free of hazards at all times.
- Shipping & Receiving: Verify incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies and process paperwork.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is preferred but not mandatory; we provide training.
- Licensure: Valid Forklift Certification (if applying for forklift positions).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and maneuver in tight spaces.
- Reliability: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Availability: Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and night shifts as required.
