Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with 99% accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety regulations.
- Load and unload freight trucks efficiently to meet delivery deadlines.
- Assist in maintaining accurate documentation for shipments and returns.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for inventory tracking.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
