Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials efficiently
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for timely shipment
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse environment
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety concerns
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to Industrial Park Drive
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (paid training)
