Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and organize incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.5% accuracy to meet daily targets
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse space following OSHA safety protocols
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper training
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistical challenges
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation weekly
- Support physical inventory audits and process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse experience preferred; willing to train motivated newcomers
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills and attention to detail essential
- Valid driver's license preferred (forklift certification a plus)
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Strong work ethic and punctuality non-negotiable
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
