Position Overview:
As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for the efficient movement and storage of goods, ensuring accuracy in all tasks. Your work will directly contribute to our customer satisfaction and operational success.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments in a timely manner
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain inventory records and assist with cycle counts
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety standards are met
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals
- Inspect goods for damage and report any discrepancies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if operating company vehicles)
