Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory stock levels and perform regular cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Ensure the warehouse environment remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Label, scan, and track packages using warehouse management software.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to resolve any issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if needed.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
