Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/untract shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Manage inventory systems with RF scanners and barcode technology
- Maintain organized storage areas and compliance with OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing products
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Valid California driver's license
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
