Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process incoming shipments with inventory management systems
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for timely shipment using RF scanners and warehouse equipment
- Maintain organized storage areas and conduct regular inventory audits
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace
- Support cycle counts and physical inventory processes as scheduled
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for shift-based schedules
- Ability to work in a temperature-controlled environment
