Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and verify incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and stage orders with precision and speed for timely dispatch
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory through cycle counting and stock rotation
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Process returns and damaged goods according to established guidelines
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid government-issued photo ID and ability to pass background check
- Flexible schedule including nights/weekends (overtime mandatory)
