Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock records
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Inspect products for quality assurance and report any discrepancies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work environment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily/weekly productivity targets
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and rotating inventory according to FIFO principles
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Valid driver's license and forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Availability to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Strong teamwork skills and commitment to safety protocols
