Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload trucks and sort incoming/outgoing shipments
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper certification
- Maintain accurate inventory records using handheld scanners
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies
- Collaborate with team to optimize warehouse efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Prepare orders for shipment with proper packaging
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation to 7am-3pm weekend shifts
- Positive attitude and teamwork-oriented mindset
- Pass background check and drug screening
