Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and voice-pick technology
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment (certification provided)
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts with precision
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and comply with OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend production targets
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Support receiving and putaway processes for inbound shipments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Valid state driver's license (required for equipment operation)
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (6 AM - 2:30 PM or 2:30 PM - 11 PM)
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (paid training provided)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
