Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain organized inventory through cycle counting and stock rotation protocols
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely with proper certification
- Inspect and prepare returned merchandise for resale processing
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and maintain a clean workspace
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure smooth shift transitions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain (training provided)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable transportation to Industrial Park location
