Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders according to weekend production schedules
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counting and documentation
- Inspect products for quality compliance and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize weekend workflow efficiency
- Participate in monthly inventory audits and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain certification within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with basic math and computer literacy skills
- Availability to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (6:00 AM - 4:30 PM) with occasional holidays
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Experience with inventory management systems (e.g., WMS) a plus
- Ability to work independently while maintaining team collaboration standards
