Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA-certified safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized storage zones
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend shipping deadlines
- Adhere to quality control standards and documentation procedures
- Maintain clean, compliant work environment through 5S methodology
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn WMS systems
- Reliable weekend availability (Sat/Sun, 6 AM - 2:30 PM)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
