Responsibilities
- Accurately process and package customer orders with precision
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Manage inventory counts and maintain organized storage systems
- Inspect goods for quality control and report discrepancies
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow during weekend operations
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments and dock management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6AM-2PM)
