Responsibilities
- Accurately process and package shipments using RF scanners and automated systems
- Maintain organized inventory in temperature-controlled warehouse environment
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to strict OSHA and safety protocols at all times
- Perform cycle counts and assist with monthly inventory audits
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with mobile devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid driver's license and clean DMV record (for equipment operation)
- Flexible availability: Saturdays & Sundays, 6 AM - 4 PM
