Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders according to daily production targets
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counting and documentation
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend operational deadlines
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for order tracking and inventory updates
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-sponsored certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks
- Basic computer literacy with ability to learn warehouse software systems
- Reliable transportation and consistent weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
