Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and organize incoming inventory in climate-controlled facilities
- Pick, pack, and stage orders with 99.8% accuracy using RF scanning technology
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided) for material movement
- Maintain OSHA compliance standards through daily safety inspections and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize weekend workflow efficiency
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation using WMS systems
- Train new associates on warehouse protocols and equipment operation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-provided training
- Proficient with RF scanners and inventory management software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Valid Arizona driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexible availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (5:00 AM - 5:30 PM)
