Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stock inventory in a climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Pick, pack, and ship orders according to daily schedules
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits as needed
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday, 6 AM - 6 PM)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
