Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and audits
- Load/unload trucks with proper safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Basic computer literacy with WMS systems
- Weekend availability essential (Sat/Sun 6am-2pm)
