Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain data accuracy
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after certification
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse space through proper stacking and housekeeping
- Adhere to all safety protocols including PPE usage and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Willingness to work flexible weekend schedule
