Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform quality control checks to ensure product integrity and accuracy
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory counts and participate in cycle counting activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company best practices at all times
- Support receiving processes by unloading trucks and documenting incoming shipments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; warehouse experience preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly with or without reasonable accommodation
- Basic computer literacy and comfort learning new technology systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred forklift certification a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability to work weekends (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM) with occasional overtime
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
