Responsibilities
- Execute efficient order picking, packing, and shipping processes with zero-error accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, forklifts) with OSHA-compliant safety protocols
- Conduct inventory audits and maintain real-time stock documentation
- Coordinate cross-functional team movements during peak weekend operations
- Implement quality control measures to ensure product integrity
- Optimize workflow efficiency through continuous process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly with proper technique
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6AM-2PM)
- Basic math and computer literacy
