Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Unload and sort incoming shipments with precision and speed
- Maintain organized inventory records through cycle counting
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 4 PM)
- Background check and drug screen required
