Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload trucks and organize inventory using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Pick and pack orders with precision to meet daily targets
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse space through daily sanitation routines
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment following OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize weekend workflows
- Document daily activities in warehouse management systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly with proper techniques
- Basic computer literacy for inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6am-2pm)
- Valid driver's license preferred (equipment operation)
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screen
- Team player with positive attitude
