Responsibilities
- Accurately package, label, and prepare shipments for distribution
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after certification
- Maintain organized inventory systems and stock rotation
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing products
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
Qualifications
- No experience necessary – we train from day one!
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6-8 hours)
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Valid government-issued ID (required for equipment operation)
- Reliable transportation to our Ina Road facility
- Willingness to work flexible weekend schedule (Sat/Sun)
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
