Responsibilities
- Execute precise inventory management, including cycle counts and reconciliation
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts in compliance with OSHA standards
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners
- Maintain organized storage zones and enforce 5S cleanliness protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend SLAs
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and safety walkthroughs
- Train on WMS systems and process improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Proficiency with RF scanning technology and basic WMS
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (5am-1pm or 1pm-9pm)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic math and computer literacy
