Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments using WMS systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts with precision
- Maintain organized, OSHA-compliant warehouse environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work reliably on weekends (Saturday/Sunday)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
