Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory within climate-controlled warehouse
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with 99.8% accuracy using RF scanners
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation in WMS systems
- Maintain OSHA compliance standards through organized dock operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend throughput targets
- Train on new automation technologies including conveyor systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications a plus
- Stamina to stand/walk 8-hour shifts and lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn inventory software
- Valid forklift certification (training provided if needed)
- Exceptional attention to detail in fast-paced environments
- Ability to work independently while maintaining team communication
