Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for timely shipment processing
- Maintain organized inventory levels through cycle counts and documentation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and warehouse cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks using proper lifting techniques
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Valid driver's license preferred (equipment operation may require certification)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours during weekend shifts
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Willingness to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
