Responsibilities
- Accurately manage inventory and stock rotation using warehouse management systems
- Safely operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
- Process incoming/outgoing shipments with meticulous attention to detail
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Conduct quality checks on products before shipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for weekend shifts
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
