Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders according to daily schedules
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment safely
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counting using RF scanners
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work areas
- Load/unload trucks with proper weight distribution and securing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts and potential overtime
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
