Responsibilities
- Execute precise order picking, packing, and shipping operations using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA-certified safety protocols
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy in WMS systems
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve 99.8% order fulfillment targets
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize warehouse workflows
- Adhere to strict compliance guidelines for hazardous materials handling
- Lead weekend shift operations during peak inventory periods
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/logistics experience with RF scanner proficiency
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand/walk 8+ hours on concrete floors
- Advanced computer literacy with WMS/SAP systems exposure
- Spanish bilingual proficiency preferred for diverse team coordination
- Proven track record of maintaining OSHA safety standards
- Availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
