We're seeking dedicated Warehouse Associates for our weekend shift (Saturday & Sunday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM) at our state-of-the-art facility. Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inbound/outbound inventory using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts to move goods safely (certification provided)
- Inspect products for quality compliance and document discrepancies
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipment targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Train on new warehouse technologies and operational procedures
Qualifications
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-paid training
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer literacy with ability to learn inventory software
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Spanish bilingual skills a plus but not required
