Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package customer orders with precision
- Operate powered pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipment targets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Perform cycle counts and quality control checks
- Support loading/unloading of trucks in all weather conditions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with occasional holidays
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
