Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Load/unload freight with proper equipment operation (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts with precision
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA safety standards
- Operate power equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Document inventory movements and discrepancies in digital systems
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse software
- Reliable transportation and punctual weekend availability
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Pass background check and drug screen (provided)
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous warehouse/forklift experience a plus but not required
