Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and process inbound shipments with precision
- Pick and pack orders using RF scanners and voice-pick technology
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and cycle counts per SOPs
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing shipments
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Reliable transportation and weekend availability
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
